Missed Opportunity

By happenstance, I realized I used to have a tumblr blog. I'll probably transfer those entries over here and backdate them.

Two years ago, I backed Street Kings on Kickstarter (twice, it was cancelled the first time), and I've even driven out to Montreal to meet the designer (he signed my copy of the game). In the backer survey, it asked if I had a website or blog, and I guess I figured I was getting some mileage out of tumblr, so I entered that. I subsequently forgot, and I don't think I ever knew that he had included my sorry excuse for a blog in his rulebook, along with a dozen others. I wish I'd had a proper website at the time, I feel like that was a squandered opportunity to reach people.

Today, I happened to be searching for "zerobadideas" in my inbox, and I found the Kickstarter survey confirmation from back then.

Anyway, that's the whole story: two years ago, I thought zerobadideas was worth telling people about, and maybe it could have been.
